Hello and Welcome!

Partners in life and business, our culinary journey began with a shared love for poutine. Our passion for this beloved Canadian dish inspired us to create our own food truck in 2014, which we aptly named Poutine Your Mouth. Over the years, our dedication and hard work paid off, as we honed our skills and grew our business from a passion project to a full-time career. We moved to Lopez Island in 2018 after falling in love with it during a visit.

Blue Heron Bistro came into being after running our Poutine Truck on the island and realizing how much we wanted to feed the people of Lopez Island.

We’re passionate about supporting local, creating fresh and inventive meals, and creating memories for you and your loved ones! We also run APIZZAPIE Food Truck, as well as a catering business called Blue Heron Catering. Check us out!
